I think the company is setting up for a massive PR that will stimulate the market. In a stimulated market where shares are in demand and investors are fighting for position, anything is possible. With buyers betting there will be a r/s, the more shares the better and the cheaper the better. The combination will inevitably drive shareprice up. How far up depends on the demand responding from all the company has to reveal regarding revenue figures.
