I should clarify that Welch did not predict a share price for 2023--he predicted a market capitalization price. He predicted a market capitalization in 2023 of $250,000,000. It is anyone's guess what the share structure will be in 2023, so it is wild guesswork as to the price per share. However many shares there are in 2023, divide $250 million by that number and you will have the price per share in 2023.

For the record, I believe Mike is being conservative with a $250 million market cap in 2023.
