we can be pretty sure approx 8 million went to the Reg A+ consultant as fee, because we jumped straight to 205 from 197 in a matter of days without too much volume or price deterioration.

From 205 til now given what happened to the price in June, who knows, I'm sure it's a mix of the old financing and paying for new people/services. I am just thankful A/S is not any fuller.
