On May 22nd, they had about 197 million shares, now they have 215 million, so they've added 18 million shares in the last 7 weeks. At 4 cents, that's $720k worth of stock. Really wish we knew who is getting those shares. Dominion must have all of theirs by now. I'm guessing they may be issuing some shares to some of the accounts payable. Hopefully when they make an announcement re: the accounts payable, well know for sure.
