Why did he tie it to the 4th of July? Dealing with any government agency is never efficient, so, why did we say name change would happen "in 7 days" several times over the last several months? Why did we say - for months - , we couldn't reduce share structure without finra action on name change - and, then did just that.
"Not an instantaneous process" is such an understatement.
I'll leave you with just 1 question. What is your opinion of why finra action on name change will be such a great catalyst? What really changes - other than name and ticker symbol?
Let's face it. We heard Jan 31st & then we heard Mar 15th & then we heard Jun 15th & then we heard July 4th and now we are hearing Sept or Dec or 2019 or 2020. Meanwhile the PPS continues to drift down. I bought more over last few weeks but I am now done buying.
