Probably, because he said that if FINRA didn't do the name change by the 4th...he would retire the shares...he kept his word & even announced it before the 4th...showing that the paperwork needed to retire the shares has been completed. Now, it has to go thru the bureaucratic hoops to come to fruition...as this is not an instantaneous process.
