So does anyone really believe there is no company out there extremely interested in acquiring NTEK and all its advances in streaming technology that would not pay many multIples times NTEK's current market cap of approx 1.5M? Many of us here have far more than the 1.5M in our various investment accounts and could buy NTEK outright today.
I hope everyone reading this board realizes that a 50M -100M purchase of a start up (NTEK) by an existing streaming media company could be completed in a period of a few weeks. 50M or more would be mere pocket change for the likes of Amazon, Verizon, Hisense, Netflix, Hulu and many many others. These companies are sitting on so much extra cash they can't spend it fast enough.
Sure David would have preferred that UF had the opportunity to take the next step and become the leader in 4K and HDR streaming however NO funding then no cigar.
As I have previuously stated here, David needs to come clean regarding the funding, lawsuits, and everything else that has plagued this company for the last several years and hopefully he will do so on the July 10 CC. David did mention during the March CC he would always be open to buyout/merger offers if the price were right.
For Christsake, PLEASE SELL the company while UF still has somewhat of a technical superiority to its peers.
