Not sure how interesting this is but the auction occurs the day after the conference call. Also, how do we know this is his house? Does it show up in some document somewhere or did you just know this from talking with him in the past?

How does the date of the auction affect the people occupying the house? Are they to vacate the house by that date or some date like 30 days before or after? Also, do they get any equity they have left after the bank gets their money and the auction house gets theirs?

This conference call might be very interesting to say the least!
