If they're smart, they would be thinking that! But, on the flip side, I would love to see this be decided by the court and set precedence for the other court cases. If SA settles, that doesn't give SFOR as much leverage to use the SA/SFOR case in the future, does it? I'm no lawyer, so just asking what others think.
