Recent info about one of the companies SFOR has taken to court.
The Thales offer for Gemalto hasn't competed yet. They recently extended the acceptance period to August 15.

In the press release they mention that they need more time for regulatory clearances from multiple countries. They also state in the press release that "During the extended Acceptance Period, Shares tendered may be withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of Article 15, paragraph 3 of the Decree and the procedures described in the Offer Document."
