Thales execs will probably discuss the potential impact of the SCOTUS decision on their bottom line at their Monday morning staff meeting. They have now inherited a far more costly mess with their Gemalto acquisition than Microsoft did with Phone Factor! I wish I was a fly on the boardroom wall when their grim faced CFO starts the financials part of the briefing. What a fiscal disaster they now have to deal with. Do you think this might motivate them to settle/license with SFOR ASAP? I do!
