Mmex has received a Term sheet for the current refinery. They have also raised money to start the project through convertible notes
In your world, you assume Jack had all the money to start this refinery on his own and he would bring you along as an investor. Of course none of that is remotely true. In the real world, the company had to raise funds to get off the ground. It has done so. Now watch in the next few weeks. We should see some news per the latest Shareholder letter.
