Article today on company site says CEO Hansk has Maple which is in MMEX filings. Article says Peru assets was 273$M. What has not MMEX CEO Hanks make refinery from this monies? Assets was sold in 2010 and should be monies for make refinery now. Makes not sense. Why company has not moneies to make this refinery? Articles says many things but not why so long to get monies.
