come on be realistic, this is the OTC I'm sure that we have both seen plenty fraudulent 8ks.
right now filing an 8 K is like putting the cart in front of the horse.
We need funding from the regulation A+, they need to get control of the existing debt and they neeed to put out revenue-generating contracts. after all that's done they need to become fully SEC compliant and up list. once all of that is accomplished filing an 8K for material events makes complete sense.
