Actually they should file an 8k for a material event especially if they want to become fully reporting. An 8k holds much more merit than a PR because most think of Pr's as just a story to sell shares. An 8k is an actual legal document and terms and conditions can be laid out for shareholders to see full detail. Thats how transparent company are and if WRFX really plans on uplisting they need to become SEC reporting.
