I know Dr. Lowe was on the BoD. Was he ever an employee? I don't remember but I would guess not so that would explain why no mention.

I am pretty, pretty sure Dr. Lowe is a firm believer in Elto. Probably not a happy camper on how things ended up as I vaguely remember the deal tied to Elto advancing. If that memory is valid, I don't know if the clock expires.
