I'm betting a mostly stock deal, but not completely. We still want cash bro, an they can spare 5 or 10 lol! Stock deal is better for us with a smaller company too, because the stock we get will represent a bigger percent whatever success they see from Elto. If we get a bunch of stock in Roche, cool, value will be the same 5 years from now as if we invested in any other big bio. But if we get stock in AC immune and elto worked, AC immune could quadruple or so off Elto success alone.
