AC Immune would be a home-run deal if that was actually the company. They have $110 million in cash per the last quarterly filing last month. It may just be wishful thinking, but they are probably about as likely as any company to have an interest in Elto since it looks like Alzheimer's is the primary focus of their pipeline. So with the David Lowe connection, it seems logical they would have at last looked at it.
The other thought that just occurred to me today, is that any company that would have an interest in Elto would almost certainly already be focused in Alzeimer's and consequently also have an interest in Lympro. I don't know why I hadn't already assumed this before. In fact I would be shocked if whoever they are talking to about a deal on Elto isn't also trying to take Lympro as part of the deal. I also think its interesting they have't formed a sub for the diagnostics yet- it's been 2 months and it wouldn't cost very much- they just have to file some paperwork, so maybe they do have something in the works with Lympro too.
