The way takeovers usually work is that it takes a while,sometimes as long as 2 months after the announcement for the takeover to actually occur.During that interim new investors will buy in causing a dramatic rise in the pps.The reason I think this may be in the works for RMHB is all the meticulous planning that has gone into the fabulous HEMPd brand products and website yet they are doing virtually nothing to promote them.
