RMHB is a possible takeover but not merger ready. CELH is way over valued at the current share price of $4.92 and the the stock value at 58 cents.
RMHB already has a lot of management from CELH because those folks stand to make a lot of money with RMHB when recieving stock options or investmenting at a penny PPS knowing RMHB is poised to launch.
