Deals are made year round. No limits. Quite often it's institutional season in January and June.
I forget when the Russell does their thing of adding and removing entities. Thought it was around this time.
Just thinking outside the box for when IPIX does make their mark, up lists and then gets added to one of the ETN's/ETF's.
