Kelt, JMO but when there is big money involved, there is no such thing as "vacation season" with the exception of the last 2 weeks of December when nothing gets done in Corporate America. BP can't afford to blink and let a competitor grab marketing rights to a multi-billion dollar revenue flow and I am guessing any IPIX management vacation time would be cut short until a BP deal is complete.
