Strongly agree "their case lacks any merit". I just don't know the law well enough to definitively state the 3 judges are limited in their choice regarding approval of the oral arguments. So, I defer to you.
However, even if it is a slam dunk in SFOR's favor, the time needed to determine the size of the treble damages check & license fee may push the actual payment date past 7/1. That I see as a goal for SA attorneys. Whether it is attainable or not remains to be determined.
