Respectfully,I actually think that is an unrealistic goal, for their case clearly lacks any merit. That along with the recent Federal Circuit Court's ruling, as well as numerous cases in which the ruling has clearly been anti-Alice101, and the decision before the 3-judge panel has all but been made for them! The 3-judge panel would embarrass themselves, and be committing career suicide to find in favor of SA, or to justify further delay by SA. I believe we are definitely going to see a batta-bing, batta boom finish on this case, with SFOR clearly coming out the WINNER!
