Another SB promise. If he fails to deliver on that promise as he has failed on many others, that 1.4 billion share reduction doesn't happen. And while we are speaking of shares, his hundred's of millions of personal shares that he promised to return are still sitting out there in limbo. Just based upon his "promise". We will see if that ever gets resolved or if he just keeps them.
