..At January 31,2018 the Company had paid $ 225,000 towards the overall purchase price of $ 2.6 million to acquire 100% of the CogoSense company, including its technology assets, revenue stream and customer base. The acquisition deal is expected to close by the end second quarter 2018 (i.e. by April 30,2018).

The acquisition deal is the start point. SHL is stretched I guess no big news since its bundled up, hope I am wrong. From my own DD I learned not to rely on hyper-analyst/promoters announcing elastic price points all over. IBR probably brought new buyers we just can't see it. Good news is company is making money, hope we land some big names soon. Hexagon no chance until Delaware and toxic debt is negotiated/matured July 14 then the clock starts with Finra completion probably Aug-Sep IMO.

What the above implies is reduction is "on paper", kinda like buying property without a street address. It is intent off/started/filed but not finalized or administered. That is the confusion for most and frustration, perhaps CEO can clarify or just let it be until Sep when it does happen.
