Jail time has lost its fear for quite a lot of crooks. To get back on the right track, my response would be execution for all scam artists or loss of citizenship. Once you get past the first ten thousand or so, the rest might think twice before pulling their evil stunts.

When someone willingly attempts to destroy another's life as scam artists do, how do they really differ from a murderer? White collar crime is as deadly to the victim as blue collar crime and should be dealt with as severely.
