You are likely right. I see major benefits....
1. Those preferred shares purchased give direct cash to the operations of WRFX and Paranotek, now. This is bridging the gap to Reg A filing and allowing the company to rev up operations, now.
2. I think most of those major shareholders are still holding a significant amount of common shares. If they have sold to get preferreds, they've brought on more new shareholders. That's very positive.
