I will continue to update this board only (not iHub) with any updates I see and with any significant overt or stealthy loading action at .0001 or .0002.

Already in 2018, 2 stocks I had significant long-term holdings in - which had been at no bid with no significant trading for months / years - both got loaded and ran 400% and 900% respectively enabling complete recovery of initial capital and multiple $5-figure profits [both with ongoing trading opportunities and anticipated catalysts ahead] - $VMGI [3 years] and $SEEK [4+ years].

As those who specialize in the bottom end of the OTC market as I do will have noticed, the new rules governing convertible debt shares has significantly changed the market.

- No new convertible debt allowed on shares currently below .01.

- Trading of existing convertible debt limited to 20% of the average volume in the last 20 days.

Buying on the ask is now becoming the order of the day for 2 reasons:

- Traditional mass flippers in the .0001 > .0010 range (operating in easily recognizable small groups with individuals taking 50M or 200M each) can now longer just bid sit and wait for shares sold by convertible debt holders - there won't be any new debt and there needs to be volume before any existing debt can be sold.

- Convertible debt holders of stocks at no bid x .0001 and .0001 x .0002 need to buy on the ask to get the ball rolling and to get the 20-day average up before they can sell. That is why we have seen crazy volume going off on something almost every day over the past few weeks - with a 200M > 500M initial ask disappearing in minutes - with up to 1 Billion traded per uptick and with up to 3 Billion traded in a day over 2 price points.

Some of these recent no bid runners have had:

- An A/S 30 times that of $REDG.

- Disaffected / disinterested current shareholders.

- Poor reputation / no recent posts on irrelevant low-rent forums like iHub.

- No apparent reason for the buying.

Bottom line - anything is possible at any time.

Be alert - don't stack the ask at .0001 > .0005 - follow here.

"Per Ardua Ad Astra" - "Through Adversity To The Stars"

A very apposite motto for those who trade successfully in the OTC market..

All posts are my opinion - trade at your own risk.
