Temporary Suspension / Future - Company Statement.
"As many are aware we have been given a notice of suspension from the SEC of our stock symbol due to delinquent filing status. We know that this is unfortunate, but we want to assure everyone that we are working with our auditor, CPA and legal team to rectify this situation promptly. It is unfortunate as we were already working and on a path to bringing our status current. This is not the end, nor are we giving up. We will keep everyone updated as we progress through this period."
