ST..your math is for online store bought pricing for QD and not mass produced pricing ( kgs ).Considering I have read there is sub $100 qd film in the market ( chinese and containing cadmium ) the cost per gram will have to be under $100 in order to be feasible and more likely half that to invigorate the qd display market.Typically a gram or less for a 55" tv ...in some cases other manufactures use more to make up for poorer performing materials.Nonetheless QMC would still make a great profit at either of those prices.
