The bottom line is production cost and uninterrupted supplies are critical for any TV maker as they determine the company's profitability or loss. A difference in EACH $1 per milligram in QD price will mean a difference of $1,000 difference in the production cost in each TV set. A difference in $3 per milligram in QD price will mean a difference of $3,000 difference in the production cost in each TV set. QMC's QD prices are always a few dollar cheaper than its competitors, some are $10 per milligram cheaper. Chinese consumers are price sensitive in buy mobile devices, so are the Chinese TV makers, they will buy their customized optical films from suppliers offering the cheapest prices at highest qualities.
