Lets take the 100 million value (keep in mind, could be more then that) and use the 120 million outstanding shares and see what our holding company with just the Elto subsidiary should be worth today:
100m (valuation Elto) divided by 120m outstanding shares is about 83 cents valuation for AMBS.
And then you should factor in what ESS is worth and MANF and the diagnostic division. So we should be worth way higher then 83 cents!
I took 120 million outstanding shares because i recall thats the latest share count.
But you get the picture of how grossly undervalued we are
