Here is David Foley's reply to the entire conversation regarding funding.
Something isn't right here, as DennyD was basically taken to the wood shed to dare question the funding that david insisted was done more than a year ago, yet here we are all of this time later and none of the guarantees by david have been realized, including the alternative funding source he claimed to have.
This is all IMO of course but i believe we are all being completely scammed at this point.
no ceo of a public company -regardless of how distressed - completely ignores shareholders/stakeholders for this length of time.
all the emails to ir and foley directly from so many investors and not one single person has received any sort of response from the ceo?
