What? I was on the conference call. It was clearly stated that the funding deal was CLOSED on the 28th and that partial funding was being release to NTEK later the same week of the conference call. Everyone with hearing heard that - everyone.
All of the lawsuits and enforcement judgements remain in place - every single one of them. what was the guaranteed "partial funding" used for then if not priority one as David stated which was to settle the long side suit?
Shortly thereafter, David also gave a very snarky reply on this forum to someone that asked about alternative funding - essentially implying that he (David) had every scenario covered during the month of april regardless of if bridgeport came through on not. everyone here saw that reply - everyone.
we've heard absolutely nothing beyond people accusing others of bashing - none of that crap matters at this stage of the game imo - who cares?
I appreciate your reaching out, but at this point, I have zero confidence that David will be saying anything positive either before or after the deadline you imposed, as he hasn't for weeks.
