FUNDING- I have sent David an emphatic plea to inform shareholders the status of the funding no later than Monday, May 14th. David clearly stated during the 3/30/18 CC that NTEK expected receipt of the entire 21M within 30-45 days. David also hinted alternative funding sources were being looked into just in case.
Since the 45 days was a NTEK management self imposed time frame, they need to abide by this. SH's have waited long enough and most longs have stuck with the company thru thick and thin (mostly RAZOR THIN).
If the funding deal has turned sour and NTEK is working on an alternative funding option well that truly sucks but SH's at the very least deserve to know what the hell is going on.
If funding cannot be found obviously NTEK is dead in the water and it is all but over. IMO at that point David should begin shopping the company for a buyer ASAP.
