If it is planned to be operational by the end of 2018 then all the ridiculous talk of 'do we know anyone in the Marine business'......or any hint it is P2O.....is just idiotic.
Read the Master Agreement.....the second tranche of payment is scheduled for 18 months after the first and will be paid after the goods are delivered and accepted......with the final 10% due after the Technology Consultant reports the goods are installed and functional....or functioning within the minimum performance levels.
All this puts anyone stating they are going into operations in 2018 as not being involved with anything to do with Robin Curtis and the Master Agreement.
