Nobody is going bankrupt. Leo can pick up the phone and sell the company for more than the current market cap ($57M) any time he wants to. He could probably sell it for 10x the current market cap ($570M) just as easily as $57M. The Brilacidin platform may not be worth that to the OTC but I bet a dozen big pharmas would pay for it in a heartbeat.
