I just read the latest 8k again, not exactly an after dinner cigar. Anyway, the more time i spend on the filing the more i think this is going to work. For certain, our "investor" has done this before and has the Company by the short hairs.........which might be good for all of us stockholders. Yet OWCP has taken smart steps to prevent a hostile takeover, reduce its future dividend obligations and the investor can not short the shares he receives upon conversion, etc..........so we got some "smart" on our side too. What I like about this deal is that something meaningful (good or bad) is likely to take place within the next nine months. I am betting on OWCP to pull a big winner out of their corporate hat (and I think they already know what it will be).
