As I see it, the investors would be foolish to work to bring the share price down to purchase more shares in 9 month when if they take it up, at $.20 they might get back ten times that price, or more.
It's a very different matter when investors get warrants to buy a stock at a date certain and an average price over say a week before the warrant date, I've definitely witnessed that sort of manipulation before, but over the next 9 months these investors are far better off with dramatically higher prices than lower ones.
