I think if there is a separate B partner then he is just waiting on crossing the T's and dotting the I's... I do not think he would wait for P results. I am more and more thinking based on pattern of other companies there is a big buyout consideration. Then I could see holding on to deal for P results. But I am pretty confident that P results have already proven to be good enough for a partner, so failure isn't really going to be there for the remaining folks attack the company. I do believe the big boys are pulling out and will leave there faithful followers holding the shorts, no honor among thieves!
