I think they could sign a B deal now. The shorts may be counting on poor P results, which I don't think will be the case. What they may not be prepared for if the P results are actually poor and they hope for further SP decline, Leo may have a B deal lined up and signed at the same time announcing the P results, if going separate with a partner on B.
