So you're saying they are required to file with FINRA no later than 10 days prior to the name change in Wyoming?
Since the name change was March 5th, that means they had to file on or before February 23rd if that's true, (makes sense to me). That means today was, at least, the 73rd day after submission of the application.
We're still dealing in speculation though. Why isn't Utopya telling us the date they filed? That's all I want to know.
I'm calling FINRA tomorrow. Maybe I can find out, for sure, what the rules actually are.
