Correct me if I’m wrong.
The company is required to submit the application of name change to FINRA 10 days prior to the corporate action.
If the company did not file with FINRA - that would be considered fraud. which, would have already come into play by now....
My question is. With that application, I assume the ticker change is imminent and for sure going to happen...??
Otherwise I think they would have already been shut down for fraud already.
That being said the way I read it is, they for sure have already filed as required by FINRA and we will see a ticker change!!!
