I have contacted both IR and David repeatedly over the past several months with no reply. After the Quarterly CC - when no other information was provided and no announcements were made - investors had every right to be concerned.

David said first round of funds were coming first week of April, so I want to know why neither Long Side nor any of the other lawsuits have been paid and discharged. And why we're going on month five of the CE distressed designation.

I trust we all agree these are fair questions.
