Have you been contacting IR about your concerns? I have not received any responses back about the caveat emptor, the 10-11 legal proceedings, and/or Ultraflix 3.0
It's interesting that David Foley, not too long ago, was posting on this website so confidently about the future prospects of the company but now, all of a sudden, there is hardly a word from him. I think all of us would like to hear some reassurance.
Hopefully, this funding is actually legitimate. It would be devasting if it was removed long ago due to legal concerns; or whatever the reason was.
The only positive I can find at this point is that dilution has stopped for quite some time. Which begs the question: Where are they finding the money to continue operations?
This is the only thing that brings me some sort of hope for the future.
