Re: Tahoebound #2933
I am reading it the same way as Schwa313, the note doesn't have anything to do with the length of time it takes for the appilcation to be processed. Any corporate actions that are done once the appilcation has been filed must be submitted with the correct paperwork 10 days prior going into effect or the company with be deemed late and additional fees will be required.
Now, there were alot of things happening at the end of March. Q report was filed on 3/22, Series B amendment was voted on the board on 3/26. The yield sign went up shortly after the Q report was released, there was an amended Q report on 4/3 and then another on 4/5. I only realized there was a second amended Q report this morning after going back and looking at them. I can't spot any differences in the two amended reports except for spacing and maybe don't size, there ends up being an extra page on the 2nd amended report.
We are in a holding pattern right now, better communication from the company on these issues would be great but I don't think we are going to get it.
Patience is key here. Good luck to us all, hopefully this will all be put to rest soon.
