to the best of my knowledge .. mgmt has 4 business days to 8k material events
so if the 20th of April was deadline for RC and his investors .. to me that is either tomorrow if one includes the 20th (Friday) .. or Thursday if one doesn't include the 20th .. anyway it's sliced .. i will be glad to *know* what is what .. imo PB's departure was expected (and to me was strategic) .. CFO not so much .. tho' that is a long *commute* to do even semi regularly .. anyhow .. one way or the other we'll have an idea of what is next out of RH this week .. because he always files
