CFO's and Directors don't walk away from a company

Both were with the company for years......they wouldn't walk away knowing their big payday is signed , sealed, and delivered.......or even coming anytime soon.
The deal that Bradley would serve as a 'placeholder' for 4-5 years and then have to resign once the money started coming in is laughable.
And the CFO would be privy to all financial aspects.....if the payday was here or close to here he would be hanging around to finally see some big bucks.
The other scenario of course is the payday is here....a sale has been made.....and Heddle is keeping all the money by using the proceeds to pay his loans......which totally shafts them.
