here's what i mean when i reference *volume* .. forget the PPS .. it's irrelevant beyond 3 factors .. forcing emotions of out of retail and by default their complaints to mgmt .. forcing the company into a decision that may not be in the best interests of *actual long term investors* vs those who play them on various SMBs* .. and of course the classic ploy of setting the SEC on to a company when a PPS is illegally orchestrated down .. to allow those ambulance chasing firms on hedgies' speed dial to shout out for a lead plaintiff and litter up the news cycle on every brokerage firm site that holds IPIX shares
here's *volume* avgs from a walk down memory lane .. (set up then well in hand from the last *significant* take up by NR in Dec 2014 for the *take down* that would culminate in the *events* of late summer 2015) ..

basic caveats to *understand* .. NRs' goal when UPSIDE DOWN is to always *reset the 52 week low* .. to demoralize actual Innovation Pharma investors
and it's done by resetting trades between CEs (colluding entities) .. the key as has been posted every week for a dog's age .. is *volume* .. it matters (the tape of trades will reveal what is being done there) .. spending 90 minutes watching marker manipulators re: RT l2 also reveals what is being done .. lastly daily reg sho %s .. *reveal* what is being done ..this isn't *retail* .. retail gets to decide two aspects .. trust in their DD .. and whether they buy/sell or hold their *shares*
it's a given .. educated retail either learn NRs' rigged game .. so they aren't reduced to whining daily and/or becoming an embed .. or having their emotions' *controlled* by NR with every sliced/diced reset re: PPS *channeling*
